Great customer service, I missed the car but they did well.
Very friendlly approach to selling a car, even though I never called to see the car or made an appointment when I got there they had just sold the second car I wanted to see. I will be going there again.
The people @ SILVER AUTO were very PROFESSIONAL......especially NICK.......I got phone call's and e-mail's.........the 2011 mini countryman was sold b-4 i got their......But i did met people who care's...........ps i still looking
Seemed like the salesman were kinda cocky and that they were above me. The vehicle was priced alright but did not care that the tires needed to be replaced. He showed me comps that were on the internet and said that his vehicle was priced under kelly blue book pricing. I ended up purchasing the vehicle and by the time I got it home the check engine light was flashing and the traction control needed service. I walked in since they never called me back and the gentleman sitting by the door was rude and refused to help.

Traveled several hours to see vehicle only to be disappointed. Had all the extras that the add said (heated seats, backup camera etc) but none of them worked. Not even the heat worked properly. Complete waste of time
