Although we did no purchase a vehicle in from Silver Auto, I can honestly say that I would come back... Jay was the salesman that we were dealing with and he did not pressure us to buy...he left us to look at different cars at our leisure... Allowed us to see the actual cost of the vehicles and was very upfront and honest about the process of financing for my son. Any other sales person would not have done what he did, especially at the cost of possibly losing a sale...

My experience with Silver Auto was great, I dealt with Mike Carroll through the whole experience, he was very kind over the phone and made me feel comfortable purchasing this car since I live florida and the car was located in Chicago, never once did I feel scared ,he described the car to the best of his knowledge and he was right the car was perfect! My husband flew in and drove tbe car back without any problems...Great thanks go out to Mike Carroll salesman @ Silver Auto.
