I'm actually appalled at how unprofessional they are. You'd think because they have a decent location, they'd want happy tenants. That's not the case. They don't care about anything, but making sure trash is picked up. They only have like one maintenence man for SO many units (and properties) it can't even be ethical. Also, the plumber is here at least once a week and thus the water is shut down for x amount of hours at a time. Not to mention the sound of said pipes banging in the walls.
