The new manager and maintenance here at Crestview Estates are the best I've ever seen. I put in a service request through Appfolio and it was completed when I arrived home from work that day. I would recommend this Fenton property to anyone looking for a nice quiet community. The pool is awesome as well!
Great Properties- Well cared for and very responsive to resident needs. I have met maintenance and the property manager of Crestview Estates in Fenton and they are both wonderful.
Like everyone else said, management is so horrible. They won't do anything to upkeep the units and when you check in with them, they tell you lies. I have been waiting 10 months for them to fix hot water in the kitchen, and they claim to be working on it but obviously no urgency. They don't really care about keeping people around. Stay away!! The worst!
Management is extremely neglectful and won’t respond to emergencies or if they do it won’t be in a timely manner. It’s extremely frustrating being ignored and living in uncomfortable living conditions without being accommodated in any way. Good luck getting in contact with management.
You will not have basic necessities like hot water, heat or full use of electricity or a stove to cook. Management makes little to no effort to fix major issues and the owner Paul responded to me by saying “cool sounds good.” When I informed him I’d be making complaints against the establishment and management company. I am now 40 and literally the worst property management company I have ever delt with. They lie to their tennants and do the minimum. My windows in my apartment do not open and the floor is disgusting and I can't get anyone to do anything not to mention the place is falling apart literally everywhere and our fire extinguishers have been out of date for two years. I'm actually appalled at how unprofessional they are. You'd think because they have a decent location, they'd want happy tenants. That's not the case. They don't care about anything, but making sure trash is picked up. They only have like one maintenence man for SO many units (and properties) it can't even be ethical. Also, the plumber is here at least once a week and thus the water is shut down for x amount of hours at a time. Not to mention the sound of said pipes banging in the walls.
