I kept seeing posts about Silong’s new roasted chicken and all the hype around it, so after being away for ages, I finally went to try it myself. And wow — it does not disappoint. The chicken is insanely good, cooked to absolute perfection, and honestly gave me major nostalgia for that famous chicken chain back home. So, so good.
I don't even know where to start. Staff/owners are ridiculously kind, professional and welcoming. Instantly felt a family atmosphere when I walked in. The variety was so huge I had to settle for the buffet which was $25 and honestly with the amount of different foods it felt unfair to only pay that.
