Arrived about 710pm. No hostess or any sign of everyone other than bartender, who after about 5 mins told us to seat ourselves. Another 15 mins pass before we see a server. We ordered our food and about 45 minutes later that same bartender brought out a dish and ask if wanted to share. Obviously the wrong order, we waited another 15 mins before the food arrived. Silo has an awesome ambiance - exposed brick, custom artwork, soft tones - and amazing food! Chef Mike rotates the menu quite often and everything I've ever had there is delicious. I've started asking for his recommendation when I eat there and he sends out something incredible each time! Everyone is super nice and the location is great! I've held a few events there and they are reasonably-priced and totally accommodating. Love!
Delectable bites. Rustic, trendy look & feel. Chef Michael is personable & service is phenomenal. A local playground of DC's sophisticated up-and-comers. Excited for the fall menu next week & roof top opening in spring 2015. Kudos to Reza & Michael for the best spot in Chinatown.
