"Unidentified network-No Internet Access," an error message that stole many hours of my life that I will never get back. Monday, I call Bill at Silicon Solutions, he sends William to the house, arriving less than 10 minutes later. After a blur of fingers on the key board and windows on the monitor, it is determined that there is a deeper issue and he takes my CPU to the shop. Very soon after, Bill calls to say it is fixed. Grateful for that kind of service, I thoroughly recommend Silicon Solutions of Columbia.
