They get things done here and they do things right! I liked the way they were able to solve a problem with my mobile devise and export things onto an external drive. I took up all of my phone space with videos and pictures and they helped me find a solution I really appreciated.
I love this place. The chaos that greets you when you walk in is deceptive. These people not only know what they're doing, they're so darn nice, too! I received a guesstimate over the phone of $120 to fix my Macbook Air. Took it in and Jacob only charged me $29 because it was easier than he anticipated. He could've charged me what he quoted and I'd have been none the wiser (and truly grateful). This is a class-act business with integrity to spare! Keep up the great work.
THE BEST AROUND. FORGET THE GEEK SQUAD.THEY CAN AND HAVE DONE EVERYTHING I NEEDED. WHEN YOU HAVE ALL THE PARTS AND KNOWLEDGE OF HOW TO PUT THEM INTO USE AND AT A REASONABLE PRICE . WHAT ELSE CAN YOU ASK FOR? TIMELY REPAIRS, YOU SAY...BAMM YOU GOT IT.
I have an older laptop & of course procrastinated in backing up my pics. My hard drive decided it was about done and then it went it some sort of loop. Needless to say all I wanted was my pics off of my laptop. Jason at Silicone Solutions saved everything and put a new drive in my computer that makes it faster. Jason is awesome! O and they are reasonably priced!!
Silicon Solution came to the rescue today. My company needed someone to fix our network copier/printer to our data port. I called today and Bill was able to help me. Josh came out and save the day! He was very helpful and professional. Highly recommended! Thank You Silicon Solution
