Thought if I bought a washer from Silica rather then Home Depot or Menards the service would great. Guess again washer was a few weeks on the wrong side of the year warranty, my daughter call gave them the error code and they scheduled the service. Guy shows up looks at the error code say she needed new control board? No kidding that's what we said with the code we gave them. Repairman didn't bring a part to fix just came to see code. Nice place to do business. Bob was patient in explaining washers and dryers. The Delivery men, Brian and Bernie were friendly and had my new washer and dryer set up and working in short time period. They explained how to use them and left reading material for me.
Joel and Mark deliverd an air conditioner they were on time polite helped me learn the remote control silica has great products and good service
