We are so fortunate to have such a wonderful place here in Southern Illinois. Everyone is so kind and calls you by name. They are always smiling and willing to help in anyway. It is important to have a good relationship and feel comfortable with your support team and I definitely do. Dr. Farrah, Dr. Shankar and Dr. Little are true blessings and I trust them completely and I have not been an easy case.
Very pleased with how the E.R. doctors treated my son! Very kind and took the time to explain everything.
Very little wait time took the time to explain what all is going on . Not only that but gave me options instead of saying this is what we are going to do. Such friendly staff as well...

We had a really great experience in same day surgery. The nurses were kind and worked quickly. We were in and out in less than three hours. I'm thankful they made everything as pleasant as possible for our son. Thank you!
