I love Herrin Hospital more than I can describe. They have been more than terrific in every single department of the hospital from ED, labs, imaging, inpatient, surgical, and everywhere in between. I have not encountered one person who was not compassionate and interested in giving the best care. I'm blessed to have such a wonderful facility 45 minutes from me. I choose it over my local hospital that is only 3 minutes from me...that's how great they are!
My mother had surgery 12/21/16 from the time we arrived at 630am to the time we left 12/22/16 2pm everyone there treated us fabulous I wish I could leave more stars!!!
ER doctor and nurse were very nice polite and respectful. Was very thorough on trying to find out was wrong. They need more hospitals like Herrin in southern Illinois!
How did this hospital pass jchao ? I've been here less than 24 hours and the clinical failures are just astounding....don't get me started on the way a nonverbal patient gets treated.
I went Wednesday and they were amazing. Very nice and seemed to really care. Friday I went back and they treated me like I was faking. Didn't even do any tests. Just gave me a shot and sent me out the door. The people were rude and uncaring. Out of all the years I've been going to that hospital (which is a whole lot) I've had a handful of good experiences. I don't know how they have that trophy that says #1 in patient satisfactory.
Had a procedure at same-day surgery yesterday, 11-21-16. My experience was pure comfort! Was in good hands, not to mention, Gods hands, �, the whole time I was there!
my boyfriend almost died 2 nights ago well herrin hospital couldn't figure out why all they did was give meds that didn't help and they have very disrespectful nurses they ended up not even doing nothing
Very nice people and great care. I am getting better.
I didn't like getting stuck with needles, but always feel well taken care of!Staff always great!
