amazing staff er doctors, nurse, triage staff, customer services, awesome floor nurse, took very good care me twice in the last 10 years, caring staff to make you feel comfortable, keeps you up speed, constantly positively checking with us to give updates prays for the gracious system would go to anyone hospital or er in southern illinois

The entire staff from housekeeping to dietary to registration, nursing assistance to RN's are wonderful. Such a calm ,clean atmosphere.

I recommend this place because the staff is friendly and when u walk in it's like they know u. Other places you're just a number, whereas here they actually care for and about u

Uncompassionate. My wife used to get her infusions there for her MS. She was 15 minutes late for an appointment and they wouldn't administer the drug she needs to stop relapsing. This is after we had make a special trip because my wife had been in the hospital in Evansville.

my daughter came in by ambulance for possible overdose. She also had a huge swelling of her left ankle and bruises on her knee. they refused to XRAY HER ANKLE. sent her out with a script for Vesteril, REALLY? this ER sucks.
