Just a suggestion, but perhaps recording all calls would make communication smoother?
This past Sunday, I visited the ER, due to Logan Primary West Frankfort being closed. I had Pink Eye. The attending Physician examined me. Then despite it being noted in my chart, I was prescribed an Rx that I have had an adverse reaction to in the past. Why have that section in ones Medical Records if it isn't given the proper attention to?
Celeste has take care of my skin for years. I can not say enough about her high level Of expertise and knowledge. She is the absolute best in this area
