First of all everyone I came across was super friendly & helpful.....except the guy in triage....Scott W Cranick. I've never in my life been talked down to so bad as he talked to me....all because I went to the hospital! He scolded me for going there! I was in PAIN! He acted as if I was making up my pain and wasting his time! I have dealt with pain in my shoulder until I couldn't and was told I shouldn't have went to the hospital! RecommendedTonight I was a patent at Herrin hospital. I believe I received the best care I have ever gotten from an ER STAFF! Most of the time if I have to go to the ER I am treated as a drug seekers. Not here. The nursing staff was amazing. The dr was phenomenal and even had a conversation with me regarding my disease.
