There is no doctor who cares more about her patients than Dr. Sanchez. Her focus is always on what is BEST for her patients. (even someone who misleadingly gave a one star here it was NOT about Dr. Sanchez 'I love Dr. Sanchez. It's why I keep going...'
She is amazing the first Dr in a while that listened to what I was saying and cared about my health
NOT GOOD. She did not seem to know what to do and suggested going to the emergency if I felt I should get more tests??? She did not rush and did take her time, but will not be going back. I go to a Doctor for them to order whatever tests they feel are needed, not be sent to the emergency room, when it is not emergency since she does not know what to do....
The office is extremely disorganized! They are rude, do not listen to patients on any concerns. You are always rushed on the phone. No call backs regarding any results, you have to constantly call I love Dr Sanchez and that’s why I go there, but if she could just get a new staff it would be much better!!
