Getting to get to a door is very difficult because there's a building like building number 3, you've got four sections to building number three and they're all they don't go in order the numbers of the doors don't go in order so it's very confusing for somebody that's not been there
The management is very accommodating and very fast to help with even the smallest issues ! The apartments are nice clean and really cozy! I’ve been here a good bit with updated and new appliances. They take care of us and create a very homey neighborly environment.
Please read and consider reviews for Wood Springs and wisely choose not to rent here. I thought I was done with the stressors of this place.There are plenty of affordable, better managed complexes in this area of Birmingham. I lived there for three years and experienced several issues, most never resolved and including some I received a bill for two months after I moved out.
Been living here for the past 10-11 months. 99.9% of the time, things are great. The office staff have always been helpful and do their best to keep residents up to date if there are any issues or major repairs being made. Like everywhere, there’s the occasional problem; for example, people not picking up after their pets, the trash cans being overflowing and dog poop bag dispenser being out of bags.
