Highly recommend if your looking for a great apartment in a great location. Katelyn is the kindest and always willing to help when I had questions.
Edit: the worst place I’ve ever lived by a mile. Photos and story incoming, but in short, only live here if it is your LAST resort. You will not be a priority since you will be one of 100s of people living here and they will NOT do right by you as it’s all about numbers.
I have lived here, for a little under 2 months and have had nothing but great experiences with the staff and the complex.. I personally haven't seen any pests or rodents to speak of & the minor issues I needed maintenance for, were responded toimmediately.. I had a temp A/C issue & the maintenance man was literally knocking on my door within the hour.. He was professional & immediately addressed the problem & handled it.. Terrible staff who make it impossible to get things repaired and have the worst customer service skills. Do not waste your time or money here. There are plenty of affordable complexes in the area where you won't deal with hostile management who lie and steal. Maintenance issues are never fully resolved, but they will argue with you rather than just make the repairs. The water is frequently shut off, many tenants experiencing flooding, many without proper heating/AC, very passive- aggressive staff, and the sewage smell. Rent ... read more
The apartments were decent and affordable and the leasing office staff were nice. My favorite part of my whole time living here was the exposure to nature, there was also the occasional sighting of wildlife (deer, turtles and geese) and where I was had tons of trees behind my patio. The unit I was in was also relatively quiet except for the occasional noise from upstairs neighbors. As far as safety goes, the area felt very safe.
