I believe the reviews mentioning names are contrived in some way, so here's an honest one. You get what you pay for. The apartments are old and have poor sound insulation, the parking lot is in rough shape, and there are gnats in the unit throughout the summer you'll never fully eradicate. Staff at the front office have an attitude problem that makes them unpleasant to approach. Great staff in office always helpful! Lovely apartments the area is maintained so well and is so close to places to shop or purchase food! The pool and gym are so convenient to have highly recommend!
My son lived here for a year and his building was very quiet and the size of the apartment is ideal. Steven and Katelyn have been very accommodating and helped us with a crisis at the last second.
Wood Springs is a great place to live. I have lived here for 10 years. The place is quite, peaceful. The Management staff is great. Ms. Katlyn has been very helpful with any problems.
