I absolutely love my apartment home here! The location on Hwy 280 is super convenient, and the community feels safe and welcoming. Steven was incredibly kind and patient with me throughout the application process—he made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Kaitlyn has also been such a sweetheart, always helpful and responsive whenever I’ve had a maintenance request. It’s clear that the staff genuinely cares about the residents. I’m so happy I chose this place to call home!
Horrible place to live. Roaches, BIG Rats, Raccoons, maintenance workers and office staff are absolutely rude and horrible. As I write this review, I have a big rat Lying in the middle of kitchen floor in a trap, I called the office yesterday at 1 o’clock and 4:30 and both times the lady in the office told me the Maintenance Man are on the way. Very friendly Managment and Maintenance. Just moved in and the ac/heat was acting up. Went through the resident portal and entered the Work Order. Stephen and Staff contacted me when the best time for me was and that was that problem fixed. They worked very hard to get me in to the apartment and I’ve notice now since being here that work way past there office hours, which is a plus considering I was moving from Mobile to here. Thanks a million guys
Kate and Stephen were awesome, made my out-of-state move so much easier than expected. Really impressed with efficiency of all the staff; the maintenance team with Paul has been so great and helpful. Overall very satisfied with my experience here at Wood Springs, I would recommend this to those looking for an apartment.
I needed to get in somewhere quickly and Steven/Katie helped me get moved in within a week. My apartment is roomy and I have not had any problems so far maintenance wise. Office staff is easy to get in touch with and they quickly resolve any issues. I highly recommend based on location/pricing/office staff!
