Dr. Lee has forever traumatized my child and I will never be able to take back the experience she received. I feel like I failed her as a mom. I was told to wait in the waiting area while he worked on my daughter. I wasn't told how much work she was receiving. He just said "she has a few cavities, mom. I'm gonna take care of those for you. " And an hour later my daughter came up front balling with two new crowns and other fillings and saying that he wouldn't listen to her when he told her to stop. This is the best Dentist I've been to!! I've waited for a year to get an extraction at my local dentist and they kept having to check with my insurance and never called me once the procedure was approved. This happened twice. However, at Signature Smiles the lead assistant Elsa made the process so much easier, and walked through every step of the process so I made sure what was going to happen.
