Signature Rentals is a wonderful place to call home. The landlord and his employees are so helpful and always willing to work with you. Anytime I have contacted the landlord he has replied almost immediately and always takes care of any maintenance necessary.
Eric is a great landlord! Always friendly and available. We've been here for over 2 years and the few issues we've had have been taken care of immediately!

It has been great living at signature rentals. Being from out of state, it was nice to have a cozy place to call home! Eric has always been very kind to us & I would recommend this to anyone wanting a great little apartment to live with their roommate!

By far the best landlord I've had in the 10 years I've lived in KY. I lived in both Lex and Rich and would rent from Eric again in a heartbeat. If it wasn't for a move to Ga, I'd continue renting from him for as long as he'd have me. Maintenance was responded to in an extremely timely manner and the guys who took care of it were nice, clean, and professional. I didn't have a single issue with fellow tenants, either.
