Recommended5 stars. I have had no problems while living here. There’s a beautiful yard for my dog, nice place for me, and good neighbors. Landlord has been nice and fixed minor issues quickly.
the apartments are very nice and reasonably priced. Eric, the owner and manager, is very nice and polite and is very prompt to respond to any needs. this is a very affordable, safe, and secure apartment complex.
I moved in two years ago with the intention on buying a house within a year. Now I don’t have any intention on leaving.
I've been renting from signature rentals for around 2 years now. As a first time renter, I couldn't of asked for a better landlord. Eric is extremely helpful and if anything goes wrong with the apartment, they are quick to fix it. They are also pet friendly, which can't be said about a lot of rentals in Richmond.
Signature Rentals is great to work with. They were able to get me the apartment I needed with a very short notice and are very quick to respond to requests or needs. Staff is friendly and helpful. I give them 5 out of 5.
Renting with Signature Rentals has been simply exceptional. The landlord has been extremely accommodating by allowing various pets, helping with transitioning roommates, and quick fixes for maintenance requests. Definitely my recommendation for EKU students and families alike!
Moving from Out of state, and off of EKU Campus, was a task that couldn’t be made easier than with Everyone at Signature Rentals! They were easy to contact and were always available by email and phone for my many (and I mean many) questions, confirmations, and changes. It was so easy to come in August and move in after not being close for the prior months. I have nothing but good things to say, and great memories, from my few short months residing here so far.
I have enjoyed my experience with Signature Rentals. They always work to accommodate any needs I have. Eric is usually always on hand and he provides his contact information for whenever he isn’t. In those cases, he always responds in a timely manner with a solution to any of my issues. The price is reasonable and the place is nice. I have and will continue to recommend them to my friends and family.
Signature Rentals LLC has been nothing but wonderful! They’re always a call a way to help in any way possible! Everyone is always so friendly and it’s a very quiet area to live in. I would highly recommend living in the signature rental area. I’ve never felt more at home than I do now!
