I’ve been renting with this agency for over a year and would definitely not recommend. They are inflexible with your changing circumstances, they only care about money. Me and my partner had to had cold showers from before Christmas up until end January as they took that long to fix the problem. Avoid at all costs!!
THE WORST AGENT AND LANDLORD. I have been a tenant my whole adult life and have never experienced deceit, negligence, greediness or utter lack of professionalism and care as experienced wirh Signature Properties. Their website is designed to fill you with confidence but not a single statement is true. Never have I come across a company so consumed with profit over service as this.
