Got my nails done here 1 week ago and paid $60 a few days passed and one nail broke then I went back to get it fixed they charged me $6 then the next day another nail freakin broke!!!! So I go back the next day to get it fixed And the manager (Lilly) says it’s because “I’m too hard on my nails” like no wtf I’ve got my nails done at plenty of other places and can have them last up to 3 weeks with none broke or chipped nail polish. Don't waste your time. I went here relogiously. Drove 45 every single time and not only one occasion, but SEVERAL, I have made appointments and when i walk in they have taken someone else right before or within 10 minutes of my appointment. They do not appreciate their customers.

Worst customer service I have ever had in my life! This place is definitely not #1 in Colorado. They couldn’t do my sisters nails how she wanted them, refused to give her money back, offered to fix them- then when she agreed to let them “try” to fix them, they said we will only charge you half! I took my granddaughter here as a reward for stopping biting her nails and the tech was rude, didn't make eye contact, didn't talk to her and rushed her through. The tech finished painting my gdaughter's nails and walked away, she had another client ready before she was even out of the chair! She wanted a design, and didn't get it, she was so disappointed she was in tears by the time she was done. Absolutely worst experience here, ever.
