We have been going to this salon for years. My daughter got a full set 2 to 3 weeks ago with schlack polish. The next day we noticed that the polish bubbled so went back to get it fixed. She went on Saturday for her first rebase on this set. 3 hours later 2 nails broke, they were too thin. I took her today to get them fixed. They charged me $5, I didn't expect to have to pay since they should not have broke the same day so didn't have cash and had to use a debit card. They wanted to charge me more for using the card. My daughter got her nails done here today they didn’t take care of her cuticles they didn’t even paint the whole nail and then they left fingernail polish on her fingers around the nails horrible job
So grateful they were cautious with covid and their customer service was excellent I loved Sarah she did a wonderful job on my toes
great at doing my nails...but the last 2 times I was scheduled for a eyebrow wax and both times I have had to wait....I waited over 10minutes yesterday.....that's is exactly why I schedule appointments so I dont have to wait....I hope it gets better...one more chance then I'll find a different place
I don't think these people like Hispanics. They claim we do not tip but you know they don't speak English and I don't like to be spoken to with hand gestures and pointing. I won't go back because I believe that politeness is and should be part of the service, after all we pay for it in their high prices.
