My Daughter got her nails done for prom and a few days later the white turned to brown. I went back in to signature nails with her and Lily the manager told me it was my daughter’s fault that they turned brown And she wouldn’t fix them unless my daughter paid again to get them polished! This is completely unacceptable and horrible service.
I love this place. I live in Centennial and I make the drive to see my girl Christina! She's the best. Takes her time, makes sure I walk out loving my nails. She doesn't rush and I could sit and just talk to her all day... I can't go anywhere else. Period.
Terrible customer service beyond belief. Don’t go here if you don’t like your nails looking like crap and then not getting a refund and getting told you asked for them that way. Lost $50 and am going to have my nails redone tomorrow. Made a report with bbb and Dora. Their salon has filthy carpet and chairs are old and stained. Every station is connected so everyone is sitting within a foot of each other. Way over crowded. Not worth their prices. Should’ve waited for my normal lady to get back in town.
Definitely won’t go back! I had a rebase done, two of my nails had come off and instead of fixing them by putting on new nails (like I asked!) they only put the powder on them. Now my nails are all different lengths and look terrible! The guy doing my nails cared more about what the girl next to him was doing.
I had a great first time experience, Sophia did an outstanding job taking care of me and my nails look absolutely stunning.
