Fantastic service with a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.
It’s been over 2 years and they have not connected me with the specialist they told me they would.
Had their checkup 2 years ago, great service and comprehensive testing. Will be going again and highly recommend them for anyone who wants to be proactive with their health
I very recently underwent a renal ultrasound at Signature Health in Halifax. The facility was very clean , modern, and calming. Even though the website says there is limited space for support people, they found a place for my wife in their lounge. I dealt mostly with Megan and Stephanie, and I was super impressed by their professionalism, knowledge, and kindness. They were very empathetic and patient in answering my many questions.
