This place rocks! Awesome coaches and a welcoming, supportive community. I travel a lot and have "dropped in" at several CrossFit boxes across the country...believe me when I say that Sigma CrossFit is something special. As someone who just moved back to the area and was looking for a new gym, I couldn't be happier to have found a home here.
I have Crossfit for years and have learned that the results come with great coaching and accountability. The instructors here do a great job at both. They are extremely knowledgeable and help to make sure form is perfect so there is no chance of injury. The people here are also extremely friendly and help make you feel like part of the crew immediately. A gym like this is very hard to find! Very glad I joined!
Since I started at Sigma in January, it has become my second home. The atmosphere, coaching, and programming have reignited my passion for Crossfit, and I can happily say I am now in the best shape of my life.
