I love Sigma Cross-Fit. Ted, Nicole, Grant and Andrew are all positive, motivating and patient. The workouts are scaleable and their focus on form keeps you from getting injured. I love the positive, encouraging atmosphere and the community of cross-fitters at Sigma are faithful to share what works for them regarding fitness and nutrition. Thanks to that I just finished a 21-day sugar detox, dropped nearly 20 lbs, and haven't felt this good in a long time. Thank you, Ted and the gang!
Sigma Crossfit has to be one of the most well rounded crossfit boxes out there. The coaches are knowledgeable and great at teaching the fundamentals of all the movements of crossfit. They teach you the correct safe techniques for every lift. They are approachable and always willing to work with you. The people that come to the gym are great as well. From the perspective of a beginner, this is an amazing gym. Ted and his team are TEACHERS of this amazing sport....you don't always see that at boxes.
I've only been with sigma for a short while but am already appreciating the little things being emphasized here. The focus on mobility each and every class along with the very structured way in which WOD's are explained and tracked from class to class really set this place apart. Looking for even better things to come as they double their square footage in the next week or so.
These guys let me drop in for several weeks while I was doing some work in the area. I thoroughly enjoyed their teaching style, class structure and overall approach to running their box. I can see why they've won several 'best of' awards.
Sigma Crossfit is awesome!!!!! Main complaint I hear about crossfit is that there is almost zero instruction. NOT the case at Sigma. The instruction is so spot on. I've lifted most my life and Ted and crossfit staff showed me what I have done wrong for years. It was awesome! They were totally patient and helped me make my technique so much better.
Sigma Crossfit is the best! I've learned more about true fitness in the last couple of months than I have the last 30 years. I could not recommend Ted and Sigma Crossfit more!
I am a level one certified Crossfit coach and have spent some time at Sigma. Without a doubt, one of the best boxes around. Ted and his staff provide great coaching and are constantly working with their clients to insure proper movement. I highly recommend trying Sigma Crossfit. Its a great box with a fantastic community vibe.
I have been working out at Sigma for the last 8 months and have been incredibly impressed with the quality of the programming and the quality of the teaching. I am in my mid forites, and was a bit skeptical before joining, but I had nothing to be worried about. I feel good knowing that there is such an emphasis on the correct form, no pressure to "go heavy", etc...great box!!!
