Just finished my free trial week and loved it so much I signed up to join. This is my first CrossFit experience and Sigma was great at walking me through all the core lifts in their elements class. I miss the camaraderie that was felt during my football career and have had a tough time staying in shape as a result of having nothing to train for. I'm looking forward to being surrounded by a group of people pushing me to succeed again! -Colton
I just joined sigma CrossFit officially. I quickly fell in love with the atmosphere and awesome personnel. The coaching staff is superb and very knowledgeable. They create a welcoming environment and design well programmed workouts. Highly recommend if you are in search of a gym home!
Great place
I have been to three Crossfit boxes over the years and Sigma is one of the best! I really enjoy the coaching and everyone is very welcoming. I have been wanting to get back into Crossfit for a while and I am so glad I chose this box. I'm excited to see my progress over the next several months!
