If this is the same Sierra Windows concepts that Put windows in my home, They suck big time. When taking the old widows out they were not professional at all. They just ripped them and used thin aluminum to cover their crappy job. Windows in living room are starting to separate allowing rain to get into the walls which causes mold to grow on the walls.
