This is no longer a water company
Always great. Been using this company for 12 years now
Same as the other guy but also the delivery guy just leave jugs of water every week when we only need cups, customer service is almost non existent and they ask for our box number? Nobody told or highlighted what the hell that is.
We have been customers for over 18 years. We love the taste of the water, we like our delivery guy, we like the convenience of having 1/2 gallon bottles. Up until recently, we would occasionally get a cracked bottle that would slowly leak once the cap was loosened. This was annoying as hell, but we dealt with it. In the last delivery, 8 out of 18 bottles were cracked and leaking!
