My move-in experience was very disappointing. The unit was not clean or well maintained upon arrival. When I moved in, I found dead bugs, cat food, birthday card from previous tenant, and other debris left behind. The walls had not been freshly painted and had numerous black spots and stains throughout the unit. The air conditioning unit is covered in rust and is releasing dust particles throughout the room.
