Love them! they take care really good care of our properties and our tenants and keep us imformed of everything that's going on. I highly recommend Sienna Properties for all of your real estate and property management needs.
The staff has been pleasant every time I needed to call them, regardless of the reason for the call. If we need maintenance on the house they respond directly to my request. I have nothing negative today about Sienna Properties. They stand about most other companies in the same field. I love them
They have been managing my properties since 2006 and I have never had any complaints. They are professional, courteous and ever so helpful - whether the need is for day to day property management issues or when one of the homes needs to be released.
Sienna Properties is doing a great job and we are thankful to have contracted with them for leasing our home.
My properties just hum along without many issues. When I do have concerns I generally will hear back from a PM within 24 hours which has suited my needs. When there are issues they are responsive and capable of handling situations without the owners needing to come in person. Tenant turnover has been pretty low which is good news. They are happy to communicate over email which suits my preferences
