If you have a teenager with acne, I would not go to Dr. Siegel. Our son was under his office for treatment for over 3 years. He spent perhaps a minute or two examining, let the acne get out of control, and never talked about follow up. His staff not only would forget who we were, but insisted it was because my son was not using his topical creams. (Which was not true). As was said here before, Dr. Siegel is great. However, o have called everyday for a week to follow up my bloodwork results for them to call in a prescription. Was promised a return call 3 times.
Dr. Siegel is the BEST! He is not only a first rate medical professional, he brings a very human touch to the practice. Whether it be by his easy to understand explanations of conditions & treatments or his relaxed and friendly demeanor. I have not left his office disappointed nor frustrated. I have complete and total trust in him and his team, which are equally wonderful.

Doctor Siegal was fine, but I am still waiting on the prescription for my daughter for last 4 days. Very disappointed with the staff. After many back and forth calls between them and the pharmacy, the pharmacy still does not have the prescription. We are 1st time customers and definitely not going back.
I would not recommend Dr. Siegel to family and friends. He misdiagnosed a small fatty tumor on my face, that turned out to be a melanoma. I had to see an oncologist who performed surgery and removed it. It could have grown and travelled to other parts. I will not be going to him anymore.
I recently had 3 visits to Dr. Siegel's office due to a cyst removal procedure. First time patient here. Was skeptical about mixed reviews before going in. Now I can definitely say, I would not return to this office ever again. And for those who haven't been there, try somewhere else. First of all, about Dr. Siegel, I am disappointed about his service in that for a very simple basic cyst removal, which is expected to be done by just one visit. I had to go back for 3 times and still not cured. I

The doctor is horrible. He has a quick look at my face within 2 minutes and give me a prescription.but it does not work at all. Total waste of money
