I can't believe how much money I wasted going to a dermatologist who continuously dismissed my issues and my physical pain. He completely gaslit me telling me that my skin rash didn't look any worse than the last time I was in, but I'm the one living with it and taking photos to track the medication effects. Even when I called his office because of a bad reaction to the first medication he gave me, I didn't receive a call back for 4 days after being told I would hear a response within 48 hours. On top of that, he would give ... read more
Dr. Siegel is a wonderful doctor in some ways, HOWEVER, the team supporting him is not. They rarely answer the phone, they are slow to reply and they are boarder line arrogant when they do speak.Recently we had a mole removed and regretfully it was malignant. The next steps are stressful to navigate. As step 1, Dr Siegel staff called to inform of the diagnosis, NOT Dr Siegel himself… draw your own conclusions from such.
Very negative experience. I've been seeing various doctors at Millburn Dermatology for over a decade, including Dr. Seigel. He's never been particularly attentive and has always been a bit dismissive, but I've tolerated it. After my most recent appointment with my daughter I will never go back to him. He was patronizing, rude, uncaring and worst of all, acted like we were complete idiots every time we asked a question. I've never met a doctor with worse bedside manner, particularly for an anxious teenager who is upset about ... read more
I am so deeply disappointed in my experience with Dr. Siegel that I felt compelled to write here. I went to Dr. Siegel for a very minor skin problem. He gave me a medication without giving me a disclaimer that I need to remain upright for 30 minutes after taking the medication and consume it with a full glass of water. As a result, the pill lodged in my esophagus and caused severe chest pain and esophageal spasms that has so far lasted a week. That wasn't even the disappointing part. When I called to explain to him that I'm ... read more
Dr. Siegel is a top-notch physician who takes the time to explain and to demonstrate care and concern for me as a patient. There is no other dermatologist that I would even consider going to the people at this practice starting with Dr. Siegel treat me as a valued patient and the service and treatment that I have received over the many years Has been the best thank you Dr. Siegel and staff once again excellent across the board
I went to Dr Siegel because I wasn't satisfied with the other dermatologist I saw, turned out that the other one was far way better by sitting down with me and carefully examined my hands. Dr. Siegel just stood about a few feet from me and that was how he examined my hands, gave the prescription and dang!Finished! I feel rushed and never will be back there. Then at the check out the lady asked if I want to make anothe appointment. For what? It's a horrible experience!
I have been going to Dr. Siegel for years as I frequently have skin tags removed by him. I am very careful when I make my appointment to tell them that is what I am coming in for as it is considered cosmetic and they sometimes require deadening of the skin which is a cream applied to the face for 30 minutes. For my 3:45 appointment, they told me after I had arrived that they would not provide service because it was too late in the day for the cream. When I inquired about why they didn't schedule me differently when I made th... read more
I brought my child to Dr. Seigel for a visit not covered by insurance. I found out later that in addition to my out of pocket bill, they charged my insurance company for a counseling visit. The office person and the office manager stated that Dr. Siegel did counsel my child on medication use. I was in the room the whole time and I have no recollection of anything of the sort. If that happened at all, it wasn't more than a passing comment or two. I was told that Dr. Siegel would not speak to me on this and if I wanted to talk... read more
5 Stars is not enough Stars I have watched this Dr Grow in practice He was in another smaller location maybe 10-15 yrs ago was great then and is great now Open and genuine talks about his family"we even joke about our sons" Nothing is important about me but my coverage all the above negative reviews maybe due to having a person having a bad day which I have had and it may have spilled over to this office. Because I could not imagine Dr Siegel nor his staff treating any patient nor associate in a less than professional and ki... read more
