The office requests payment prior to submitting claims to insurance companies. I paid the fee requested and now trying to retrieve refund with receipt. The office has lied multiple times and did not apologize. I called the insurance company & three way the dental office. Where I caught Rosa in a lie. At this point I want things to be done correctly.
