Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Over the course of a year we had monthly appointments with Dr. Smith. Not one, not twice BUT EVERY appointment was a minimum of a two hour wait. I can understand that doctors will occassionally have emergencies (not sure that anything would qualify for a dermatology emergency).When I contacted the office manager to discuss the problem they seem to have with overbooking, I was faced with a very rude individual. You do not save any time her--you would do better to make the drive to Savannah to another dermatologist.
This practice has grown too big and overbooks and has long waits. It does not consider the patient and their time schedule. They do not call to remind you of appointments. They were unreliable on more than one occassion with me. I had to drive from out of town to have some follow up blood work that they did not even have the order prepared (three days after the call) and no one was in the office to write it.
