We have just completed a roof replacement and new gutters! They house is looking great and the crews were friendly and efficient! We have had Siding Unlimited complete our siding, windows, patio door and now roof! When we have needed something looked at they have been great to work to resolve our concerns. Thank you for helping make our home look so nice!
I have had Siding Unlimited do work for me on two occasions and I have been extremely satisfied both times. Their sales personnel staff is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We recently had 8 Pella windows and a ProVia entry door installed along with 12 shutters and LP Smart siding installed to replace our existing cedar garage door trim. Tom was our salesperson who was thorough, knowledgeable and extremely attentive to our needs and questions. In the Spring of 2018 we chose Siding Unlimited to replace our defective Certainteed siding with LP Smartside trim and siding. The entire process from start to finish went very smoothly. Shawn M. was our project manager and Tim was the lead installer. Both men were great to work with! We had all 14 windows in our house done. Everything about the process was great. Tom came out and did our estimates, which came in very competitive with the other places we looked at. We chose Siding Unlimited over the others due to being full "new construction" vs the other places recommending "replacement". For the price difference, new just made more sense. Though I had to go with another company due to time constraints, I have to say that working with Justin was very reassuring. He was more than ready to work with my husband and me. Also this company came highly recommended to me through someone else I was working with that vouched for the quality of their work. Having seen pictures, I would have to agree. Also the pricing is competitive for what it is. Again, had I not had an emergent situation I would have gone with this company.
