Siding Unlimited did an excellent job replacing our roof. We met Lou at the Milwaukee home show. I found him to be the most knowledgeable and helpful roofing company representative at the show. I think I visited them all. We were undecided about roofing materials to replace our 33 year old cedar shake roof. Lou was clearly knowledgeable about the pros and cons of cedar shake, metal, and asphalt options. His company provide all three. Siding Unlimited performed a repair of a serious mistake made by our builder during construction of a new home. They developed a fix no one else had thought of and did an excellent job of the repair within a week - we thought it would take several weeks. Their work crew was fabulous - very hard working, thoughtful and concerned that we would like the result - and they cleaned up after themselves - we enjoyed having them around. Highly recommend this company - am going to use them again

My family and I had an excellent experience with Siding Unlimited. Shawn M******** was our contractor and contact. He was thorough, honest and helpful throughout the process. The carpenters and siding experts worked hard, efficiently and performed high quality work. There was no surprise with costs, and I felt the estimate/overall cost was completely appropriate for the work/job performed. I would recommend Siding Unlimited to a friend, and would use them again for future home improvement projects.

This is our second major project with Siding Unlimited. Several years ago we had all our windows replaced... a major job as we have window walls. Now we had our roofing and gutters replaced. It has been a pleasure dealing with Tom and the business. Great workers, good quality, and always immediate response and resolution to any issues

Had 2 home projects completed by Siding Unlimited. The first was some wood trim replacement which turned out very well. The latest was a complete new roof. The work was done as quoted and finished in a very timely manner. The install crew was professional and all work was done to specs and cleanup was great. Sales is very knowledgeable and kept us informed and made sure we were satisfied upon completion. Our experience was mixed. We signed on with one of the salesman and ended up firing him before the project was started. From that point on we dealt with the manager, Tom. He worked very hard to make things right and we very much appreciated him. We had windows, gutters, soffits and facia all done. The window installers were Siding Unlimited (SU) employees and were wonderful.The siding crew who installed the soffit and facia was contracted through SU and spoke very little english, so communication was challenging. This was our first experience replacing a roof..complete tear off garage and house. From getting the quote to finishing the job AWESOME experience! The crew that did the job was Incredible, Quick, Professional, and when the job was done you didn't even know that they were there. Our property was left spotless. I would recommend Siding Unlimited without any hesitation!
I contracted Siding Unlimited to replace all of the gutters and downspouts around my farmhouse style home. I found their work to be well done and quality. A few days after the timely install, we saw significant rain and the gutters did an excellent job funneling water appropriately. I worked directly with Lou to make all arrangements and found him to be easy to deal with and accountable. I would recommend Siding Unlimited for any gutter work and will personally keep them in mind for other projects on my home going forward.
