The sales rep was knowledgeable and understood what type of roof we wanted. The roof was replaced in less than 2 days due to weather. A follow up repair was taken care of within 1 week of job completion. Always kept me informed about the job and its timing
We had all our windows replaced and installed LP SmartSide on our home. Both the window crew and the siding crew were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. All worked diligently to complete the work with the least disruption to us and finish the job on schedule. Two minor hiccups were corrected quickly. We are extremely happy with Siding Unlimited.
There were challenges encountered in the process of getting a pair of custom interior French doors, but all were handled well by the organization. As a result were very happy with two beautiful doors.
Curtis did a wonderful job helping us plan the residing of our home. He provided guidance on the best way to enhance the appearance of the west side our home along with assisting in determining pleasing siding colors, textures and stone work. If you need windows done, this is the place to go. All the guys that installed the windows were great. Very professional, on time, very informative, answered any questions we had and all around great work ethic. Justinis absolutely fantastic. He's very professional and any questions or concerns we had, it was taken care of and answered right away. You will not be disappointed with the windows or the staff. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. My wife and I are very happy with our new windows! They make such a big difference from our old ones. Mike and James did a great job on the install and were very professional. Will definitely hire them again for future projects. Ask for Justin, he'll take care of you.
Nick and Logan were very good installers. My salesman Justin was very accomadating.
If you don't care how long it takes, when things happen, or need communication throughout your project, these are your guys! We're using different contractors to finish the project. Per our Siding Unlimited project coordinator, "you guys have been through a lot with this project."
After a total nightmare with a different contractor, we had an excellent experience with Siding Unlimited. The previous contractor messed up so badly that the entire house needed to be redone less than 2 months after it was completed. In stepped Siding Unlimited to restore som faith in humanity! The quality of the work was outstanding and their crew was a pleasure to talk with. They provided thorough answers and explanations to our questions. Highly recommended!
