Dr. Siddiqui is a very good doctor. I am very pleased with his expertise and manner. I wish I could say the same for his office staff. They are incredibly inefficient, always have an excuse for things like missed callbacks, etc. You almost never get to actually talk to someone when you call, VM mailboxes are frequently full, and they’re always having “phone issues.”
I highly recommend this doctor. Very pleased with the care I received.

While Dr. Siddiqui is an excellent gastroenterologist, the office and support are suboptimal. They are very slow returning calls, and are constantly having "issues with the phone system".

One does not feel rushed as you exchange concerns and treatment options. Dr. Siddiqui shows sincere empathy and is clear regarding diagnosis and treatment.
My first visit with Dr. Siddiqui was incredibly positive; and his compassionate, kindness in caring for, treating and explaining next steps was an inspiration that yes, there are very good doctors! I cannot adequately express my gratitude, appreciation to Dr. Siddiqui, his nurse, assistants, entire staff for a very positive experience! Although I'm not looking forward to necessary procedures this coming Monday, October 1st; I know I am in the very best, capable hands who cares! ~ Elaine D.
