Dr Siddiqui was great, office staff however was totally non responsive to my calls. I called multiple times in the week or so prior to my procedure to get prep instructions, leaving multiple messages. Received one return call to tell me instructions were on the portal, which they were not. Thankfully the staff at the surgery center were able to give me prep instructions. Doctor’s office staff really needs to get it together. What possible reason could there be for not returning a voice mail?
