They are very nice, honest & know what they are doing! Took care of our appliance issue fast! It's nice to have a company that we can count on if we ever have another appliance issue or need a part!
The men and women in the office are very helpful & kind! The techs are very knowledgeable and they help everyone in a timely manner! Very satisfied!
Did Fulton was supposed to service my dads dryer, which needed a new motor. He called several times trying to find out if the motor was ordered, got hung up on twice, couldn’t get anyone to call him back. He called this morning to try and find out something and some guy got on the phone and told him to get another provider hung up on him. Sid Fulton is contracted through Lowe’s to do the work and he would not. Poor customer service, think twice before you call Sid Fulton

I was out of town visiting my son when the dryer at my house went out. My mom called several people and couldn’t find anyone to fix our dryer. I told her to call Sid Fulton because they have a good reputation. At first it was going to be a week before anyone could come but the nice lady that was scheduling recognized that my mom was having a hard time and sent Wendell out to fix the dryer. If you want professional customer service from start to finish, where the service guy shows up on time and gets the repair right the 1st time. Call Sid Fulton!! I have worked at Sid Fulton Appliances for 14 years and I can honestly say that they treat all their employees like family and all their customers like their next door neighbor.
They are great I bought a used washer all new part's and a used dryer as well and still have them both working good and they are very honest, very reasonable prices and guarantee there part's ***** star rating from me
