Terrible follow through, ignored multiple messages left after charging me for parts and ripping mine out. Still haven’t come to fix it. 0/10—do not recommend.
RecommendedEveryone I've talked to has been AMAZING. This whole experience has been a trial in patience for everyone because of the self imposed quarantine and the rules set forth by the governor. But.....when we all realize that we are in this together it makes it easier. Thank you for all your help. Y'all have been wonderful....and I will recommend you to EVERYONE.
Their appointment scheduling needs work. You can’t just schedule a service call & expect the client to be available. I will be in touch with GE & Lowe’s about this.

Paid lots of money to have a leaking dishwasher repaired. Dishwasher still leaks and they want more money to fix the problem they supposedly already repaired. Why pay you more money for a job you obviously do not know how to do? $300.00 was not enough for me to piss away?! Very bad! Save your time and money by choosing anyone else. These people are horrible.
Friendly, fast service! We had a problem with refrigerator that was fixed by this company and the cost was reasonable.
We were very pleased with our service today! When I called to schedule our appointment, Teresa was so friendly, helpful & accommodating in getting us help quickly to repair our dryer. Kevin arrived promptly and was very professional. He had our dryer up & running in no time! I would highly recommend Sid Fulton & would gladly call on them for future needs.
They were very unprofessional the experience I had with Sid Fulton’s. They sold us a washer that did not work and told us multiple times there was nothing wrong with it when they sold it to us. I eventually got a full refund but I would not recommend them to anyone. Buy from a individual on Facebook.
