Finally went in! I've been driving past for almost 2 years with the intention of going in but never did. The new window display forced me in this time..I was not disappointed. The ladies at Jones Road were vere welcoming and professional. I was merely browsing and they engaged with me the whole time. They were very helpful and I didn't realize until I was leaving that it was 5 minutes past closing time but they did not rush me. Looking forward to going back. If money was no option I'd buy the entire store!
The team at Sicola’s was amazing!! We had flowers designed for our son’s rehearsal dinner and everyone loved them. We sent them home with the wedding party afterwards. There stunning! Will definitely order from them again in the future.
Very poor experience. I placed my order in advance to ensure delivery on February 14th, and the flowers were never delivered. What’s worse is that the company outsources deliveries without clearly disclosing it on their website, which is misleading. When I tried to get answers, they simply avoided responsibility and offered no solution. This is not just bad service — it shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for the customer.
