I can’t recommend this office enough! Dr. Mazhari is by far my favorite doctor. He is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and always takes the time to listen and answer all of my questions. I had a disappointing experience with the front desk and insurance communication. During check-in, I was not asked whether my insurance had changed, and no one informed me that my previous plan was inactive or that Medicaid was not accepted. I only found out after the visit, which created an unnecessary billing issue that could have been avoided with clear communication. I paid the balance, but the experience left me feeling unsupported and frustrated. I would not return based on this visit.
