I had a disappointing experience with the front desk and insurance communication. During check-in, I was not asked whether my insurance had changed, and no one informed me that my previous plan was inactive or that Medicaid was not accepted. I only found out after the visit, which created an unnecessary billing issue that could have been avoided with clear communication. I paid the balance, but the experience left me feeling unsupported and frustrated. I would not return based on this visit.
Dr Mazhari and he’s team are AMAZING. They go above and beyond to help patients. I appreciate all they did and do for me. Thank you so much Also I want to thank Ms Lily for helping me every time I need help.
Dr. Sobhani ran various blood tests to try to identify the root of my issues but couldn't pinpoint the exact problem. He ended up prescribing me medication that I later found out from several other doctors should never have been given to me, as it's what made my condition much worse. What ultimately made me leave his care was catching him in a lie.
