Having work done on a tooth is not something one looks forward to. However, my experience with Dr. Shuping and his staff has taught me that with the right doctor, it certainly does not have to be painful nor unpleasant. Simply put, the staff put me at ease, explained what they were doing with each step, and were friendly. Dr.Shuping did my root canal with almost no pain at all and I felt confident I was in competent hands throughout the procedure. I'll recommend him to anyone I know needing a root canal.
Nobody likes having a root canal! But for a my first one, it was nothing. No pain during or after, Dr. Shupping works quickly and efficiently and I was out of the chair and on my way in no time. Nice NOT having the constant pain associated with an inflamed tooth, normal with no sensitivity to pressure or hot and cold. I Highly recommend Dr. Shupping!

Everyone was friendly and things were made very clear as to the process. Work was done with obvious expertise.
I arrived early and appreciated being checked in and reading from a wide variety of magazines and local newspaper. I had a very difficult root canal, Dr. Shuping explained what procedures he would be completing, why, and how. Dr. Shuping's assistant checked several times to make sure I was ok. Followup care was thoroughly explained.
Needed emergency care and they got me in right away and gave me outstanding care. Everyone was so helpful and caring.
Had a procedure last year. I am having problems so they gave me an appt with an X-ray with no charge. I hope this tooth can be saved as I can’t afford any further costs.
My experience at Dr Shuping was wonderful! I was afraid I would have a lot of pain from the root canal, but it wasn’t that bad at all. Dr Shuping was very gentle.
Dr Shuping and his staff are knowledgeable, honest, professional, and all have excellent patient relations. I am so glad I found them through my dentists referral.
