My appointment was quick. That was great for a root canal.
I found Dr. Shuping and staff to be friendly and professional. They do excellent work with a smile. My root canal was painless. We shopped at Costco right after the procedure.
Everyone was kind, patient and professional. They went out of their way for my comfort, as a health care provider I can tell you I have rarely seen such a well run operation with such great providers. Thank you!
Dr. Shuping’s was able to get me in quickly and give me the relief I so badly needed. The office is equipped with all the right technology to get job done but like all things it is the people that make the practice a great success. I have been coming to Dr. Shuping for nearly 20 years. My only hope is that when he retires, I don't need anymore dental work from him. This week he performed two root canals for me. One on a top molar and one lower. As expected, there was a lot of numbing agent required and normally this would hurt. Not with Dr. Shuping. I felt two small "pinches" and even the one in the roof of my mouth was tolerable. I cannot say enough great things about this office. All the staff is very professional and friendly.
Everything was good except the wait time. It took about 1 hour from my appointment time until Dr. Shuping came into the room. Very courteous and friendly staff including Dr. Shuping.
Dr. Schuping is highly professional and easy to talk with. Staff is also quite friendly and supportive.I would go nowhere else for an Endodontist.

Excellent and prompt attention. Very professional! I have had to have multiple root canals, unfortunately, but Dr. Shuping and his staff have always been available, thorough, and caring.
