Huge thanks to the fine folks at Shumaker's ... I've not had retail customer service this good for as long as I can remember. They helped me out last minute and did it with courtesy and friendliness. I'm certain this post means very little to many, but their generosity means more than words can express. There are very few times in this day and age that people go above and beyond like this. After 15+ years I decided it was time for new skis and boots that didn't hurt my feet. Chris spent a ton of time helping me fit the right boot. I felt like a burden but he was as intent on finding the right boots for me as I was. I have always been a Boyne Country Sports person because of location and ease, but the customer service provided at Shumakers has made me a customer for life!
Shumakers is a great local shop. I have been going there for years and they always take care of me. They have a great selection of brands and the staff is very knowledgable.
Alpine Location - Would like to give them a good review but can not. I purchased bindings for my son's new snowboard last year. I told the salesperson that he was going to need new boots next year and I wanted to make sure they would fit. Well it's next year and they don't fit. When I was there last week a lady took my number and was going to call me. A week later and have not received a call. Excellent customer service! They exchanged our daughter's North Face jacket that had a defective zipper with no questions asked. Very friendly and efficient! The gentleman found a new one in a color she loves and made her night! We will be buying again! Thanks!
