World class expert service. As a Hill Leader and Assistant Patrol Director at a local ski resort, this is one of the top shops in the state. My wife and I have been shopping here for years. We’ve bought boots, skis, and clothing here. The staff from the owner down to the rookie salesperson knows their stuff. Some are former instructors. They send out staff for boot fitting classes. Will continue shopping here for many more years. Special thanks to Chris for setting my wife up with her new Fischer Vacuum Fit boots this year.

Our son is into down hill skiing. We do not ski so I was a bit in the dark. I did look around and did not feel the "salespeople" we're knowledgeable at all. I'm spending some serious money. Went to Shumaker's and was amazed! I was well educated about the various skis, boots and poles. I will continue to patron Shumaker's!

Great experience at Shumakers. They take the time to professionally fit you for boots. Matt and Chris were both excellent, they really know their products and were a joy to work with. Service after the sale was excellent also. I like the store because they don't try to sell you things you don't need. They had an excellent assortment of ski boots to choose from. We will be going back. Thanks again for the personal service.

Ladies!! If you want to get into snowboarding or upgrade your gear-go see Steph! She spent a ton of time with me and helped me choose a great board. It is so nice to find a shop with truly knowledgeble staff. I love Shumakers!
