RecommendedEverytime I go into Shumaker's there is always someone to help answer all of my questions. The staff has always been very knowledgable and experienced in the product and field as a whole. They strike great deals and always leave me with a well tuned product and I leave as a satisfied customer. in the past month or so, they've hooked my girlfriend and myself up with an awesome set of skis and snowboard boots. Highly recommend!

If you're looking for top end, high quality, professional assistance this is the place to go. I was just in the store and noticed that this sale has a huge amount of hard goods on the wall. Normally the end of season sale only has left overs with the most popular sizes sold out. Not this year, I think because of the on again off again season they have lots of stuff in all the popular sizes at a great discount.
My son and I ran into some old ski binding problems, Zach at the Alpine Valley location was more than helpful, and extremely knowledgeable, his customer service was outstanding, If anybody has any board or ski issues go see Zach, Shumaker’s is lucky to have such a employee as Him!!
