Just stayed last night. Everything was great! Great location, great breakfast and whenever I talked to a staff member everyone was wonderful! My husband and I already talked about staying there again, we will definitely be back!
Love it great place to vac. Will come back next year and plane to bring my grand daughter with me.
Very nice and comfortable. The rooms are gorgeous and the staff friendly and helpful. Miguel down in the restaurant was wonderful. I will recommend to all my friends.

Don't pay for a pool side room because at sunset you cannot sit out by the pool area. They close it down and expect your entire party to sit on a little stoop that only holds one chair and a little table. They didn't even bother to tell us about this rule when we booked or when we checked in. We found out when they ran my entire family out of the pool area. So, been here for 3 nights with family for funeral. Paid for poolside rooms (8 of them) and catered event for after the services. Our last night here and several thousand dollars spent and we are told we can't sit outside our multiple rooms poolside because the pool is closed at sunset. ARE YOU SERIOUS?! If we were being loud or obnoxious and they had other guest complaining then sure but 8pm and no issues and you tell us we can't sit out and we have to go inside ... again ... ARE YOU SERIOUS?!
