La segunda y ultima vez que visitaré el hotel la primera vez todo lindo hace un mes hize una reservación y empezando me cobraron un dia extra que no estuve, el servicio a los cuartos las camas mal endidas, las toallas de baño con cabello de otras personas me parece anti-genico y de mal gusto.lo siento por el comentario pero viaje de bien lejos para encontrarme con este incidente asi que les recomiendo sean mas justos en todo el sentido.bendiciones
Me gustó, esta muy bonito, esta muy bien ,muy limpio, el personal muy amable, tiene todo lo que necesitas al rededor,tiendas,restaurantes, clubs, bar's y mucho mas. Gracias.
Muy bueno lo recomiendo estuve 5 días es exelente la atención y lujoso el hotel y el restaurant preparan exquisito
We were there for a wedding for someone very dear to our hearts, otherwise we would have looked for better accommodations. The staff was surly and not helpful at all...and that's if you could actually find a staff member. As for the "steak house" they claim as their menu, it includes 2 varieties and less then quality meat. Basically, be prepared for a classic bar menu of wings & nachos. We would never stay at another one of these. I can't even give this place 1 star.
Wonderful area with an adorable little retail neighborhood. Hotel staff was fabulous, room was plain but clean and newer looking. Not a far drive to beaches. I will return!
